The spring is typically a time for optimism for farmers, of all sorts, but especially for licensed marijuana growers, a period when market fluctuations and consumer demand historically align for higher sales for the producers and retailers in the months ahead. This year however that hasn't happened, stirring concern among local growers and retailers.
