Gov. Jay Inslee signs a bill that created the first-in-the-nation statewide alert system for missing Indigenous people on March 31 at Tulalip Tribe's Resort Casino. Nisqually Tribal Council Vice Chair Antonette Squally, Treasurer Jackie Whittington and Fifth Council Chaynannah Squally, on the right, attended the signing.
